The individual on the phone was extremely rude. I felt like kicking her face through the phone so she understands how to communicate with patients. Subpar service.
We've attempted to schedule an appointment twice now, but the person on the phone is incredibly impolite and inconsiderate. I had to express that I'll seek another place to go. Please review her phone etiquette.
