AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My partner visited this salon for a hair treatment which was agreed upon for $79, but upon completion, they charged her well over $200, justifying it with nonsensical explanations and overwhelming her with excuses. A quick glance at other reviews reveals that this salon frequently overcharges customers beyond the agreed-upon price.

I have been a loyal customer of this hair salon for quite some time now, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for its professionalism and exceptional service. The manager, Manpreet, does an excellent job leading the team, and we always feel well taken care of. The salon is impeccably clean, exuding positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere.

I presented them a picture of the hair shade I desired, a lovely ash brown hue (see pic below). I wished for my entire hair to be dyed in that same tone, but instead, they opted for highlights. They applied a single foil bleach to my hair, resulting in my roots remaining black while the ends turned brown, creating an uneven bleach effect. They alternated between bleaching and non-bleaching layers in a continuous pattern throughout my hair. Midway through the dyeing process, I was informed that the final cost would exceed the amount for the color in the photo, and I was also required to purchase additional items like shampoo, conditioner, and a hair mask (totaling $80) for the keratin treatment. I was strongly advised to buy these products if I wanted the keratin treatment to be effective. Despite their repeated compliments on how nice my hair looked, the final result was far from what I had envisioned. I was not briefed on the specific procedures they would undertake on my hair. They even failed to inform me about the initial payment! They misunderstood my desired hair outcome and imposed their own interpretation. The final result left my hair uneven, with unbleached roots, and far from the desired color. I left feeling deeply disappointed and let down.
