Disappointed with Halo Hair. Asked for ash blonde, got brown balayage far from desired. No resolution, only offered toning or more payment for fix. Unprofessional, rushed service for $480. Not recommended.
Halo ruined my hair. Requested a consultation for ashy silver color, second time dyeing, never boxed dyed. Strand test showed bleached hair, agreed to a different color closer to silver. Sat for 6 hours, mirror blocked, hair turned yellow with ashy strips, fried and ugly. Worst experience, never going back. Now DIY dyeing at home.
My hair was untouched, desired copper locks, but it turned out a mess. Left with awful hair for days, had to go dark brown to hide the orange. Got married 3 months prior, now my hair is damaged, snapping, and stiff. Paid $250, not worth it at all.
