I visited this beauty salon before Christmas, as a pregnant woman from India. I specifically requested individual lashes, not flared ones. However, the staff member lied to me and applied flare lashes instead. Upon inspection, I realized they were not as I asked for - they were flared and not aligned properly, causing my left eye to swell and become irritated. The lashes were not straightened tightly and were poorly glued on. I wasted $80 on this unsatisfactory service. It was my first and last time at this salon. The staff member was rushed and did not take the time to ensure the lashes were balanced, leading to them falling off after just three days. I’ve been frequenting this place lately for threading/waxing. All the individuals who provide this service are incredibly meticulous when shaping your eyebrows and they truly take their time. I've noticed that when I visit other establishments, there are often many hairs left untouched. Additionally, I end up with varying shapes/thicknesses when different individuals work on my eyebrows. However, with Fabulous Hair and Beauty, this issue doesn't arise. My eyebrows always look impeccable. I adore chemist warehouse and I enjoy shopping here, but today my spouse and my 8-month-old son were stopped as we were told we were trespassing. They claimed we were captured on camera stealing a pack of nasal strips. This occurred on Christmas Eve, a memorable day as the aisle was filled with many empty boxes. I had been opening the boxes and shaking them to ensure they contained the product, which I explained to the staff. We did purchase the nasal strips that day along with other items... WE DID NOT STEAL! The male staff member was understanding, but the female who reviewed the security footage and accused us of theft remained silent. I highly recommend this chemist. The care and empathy shown here keep me coming back. Many customers seem to expect instant service, but this is not a fast food joint. Like all medical facilities, this pharmacy has faced challenges in the past 3 years and is still recovering. Despite the demands of filling prescriptions, doing ear piercings, managing the retail side, and administering Covid vaccines, the staff consistently deliver excellent customer service. They are patient, go above and beyond, and explain things clearly. Kudos to the team at the Unichem in Mangere East for their efficiency and service.

When I tried to resolve the issue by calling him multiple times, he threatened to involve the police if I ever visit his st george pharmacy in papatoetoe.
