I highly recommend this chemist. The care and empathy shown here keep me coming back. Many customers seem to expect instant service, but this is not a fast food joint. Like all medical facilities, this pharmacy has faced challenges in the past 3 years and is still recovering. Despite the demands of filling prescriptions, doing ear piercings, managing the retail side, and administering Covid vaccines, the staff consistently deliver excellent customer service. They are patient, go above and beyond, and explain things clearly. Kudos to the team at the Unichem in Mangere East for their efficiency and service.
This place is heartless. I visited while feeling unwell and asked for help. Initially, they claimed not to have my prescription in their system. After a 20-minute call to my doctor, it was confirmed that the prescription had been sent. My doctor emailed it to the pharmacy for quick assistance.
