Phenomenal experience, the customer service at papatoetoe unichem is phenomenal, the lady that works there was phenomenal, assisted me with my sons meds, I was sharing my past doctors visit, so she recommended the health hub doctors, enrolled the same day got an appointment same day. So a massive thank you to her. Apologies I didn't get her name.
All the crew at this chemist are kind, helpful, friendly and professional folks. I truly value the top-notch service and delightful manners and eagerness to assist you.
I got a call in the morn saying to collect the meds at 3pm. I got there on time, no one at the chemist, and a mature man came out and said it wasn't ready. I was told to come back at 4pm. When I got there at 4pm, the chemist was still empty. The mature man said to get ready, and I waited. I waited thirty mins before they handed me the meds. His service is very poor and he deceives.
