There's a young woman who works here and she is just the epitome of Customer service, it is so refreshing to see and I really appreciate that as a customer. The store has some great deals, overall I like the shopping experiences I've had here.
Modern store, plenty of selection. Has self-service if preferred. Easy parking. Very helpful team.
I shop here often it's my local. It stocks what I need most of the time. The service is generally good and the staff friendly. I sometimes find products usually food items have been opened sometimes they appear to have been sampled and returned to the shelves. If I need specialty food like Gerry's or specific herbs and spices I will go to the Countdown Auckland Airport. If there is a gripe it is the fact that they often run out of boxed water the 10L variety. 🛫
