Subpar customer service short height fair colour appears New Zealand lady starts arguing with me at the checkout insisting that I must check the machine for cash or card acceptance despite being a valued customer. I simply suggested to her to place a cash and card sign at the front for customers to easily see, and she began arguing with me, claiming I was the only one with that opinion. I felt so disheartened afterward, feeling like as a customer, they don't even care to listen to us. Countdown, please enhance your customer service... VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS... THANK YOU
Top spot for shopping. My preferred grocery store, I adore the voucher system they have. The loyalty card is also fantastic.
Recently, whenever I visit the supermarket in the evening, it's like maneuvering through an obstacle course! The New Zealand staff are restocking shelves but completely blocking the aisles, so good luck trying to pass through. And to make matters worse, they're having loud conversations while doing so! Additionally, I can hear the gym next door with all the clattering and banging – it feels like shopping in the midst of a construction zone!
