Shop No. 60, Coastlands Shopping Centre
Lovely little plaza, nestled in Whanganui near the old state highway 1. Has everything you need and more, supermarket, food court, clothes, shoes, souvenirs, etc etc. Always neat and bustling, a joy to pop into. Take a peek at the unique clock in the center, see the pic :-)
I've visited a few times and each time is a delight. The place is spotless and offers a wide range of food options in their food court. The restrooms are clean and well-kept. There are numerous shops and a supermarket in the plaza.
It's been quite a few years since my partner and I last visited here, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized this plaza was. The food court was fantastic, very clean and well-maintained, and the staff working there were incredibly helpful and friendly. If you haven't been in a while or are looking for an afternoon activity, I highly recommend a visit here. Well done Coastlands.
