Diane and the team are exceptional. I highly recommend them for beauty treatments. They provide fantastic service that I wouldn't trade for anywhere else.
I was in tears after a wax today. I usually get my legs waxed elsewhere, but needed an urgent session. I expressed how painful it was, but the response was dismissive. Despite my experience with waxing, tattoos, and boxing, today was the worst pain. I was left with swelling and rashes. The technician seemed rushed and rough, not checking on my well-being. The receptionist, Lisa, was understanding, but no help was offered for my discomfort. Disappointing experience overall.
