Exploring various farmers from Northland to Southland during the holidays, Shaydee from farmers coastlands was incredibly helpful, warm, friendly, and professional. I brought my elderly mum and uncle shopping, and Shaydee was patient and kind. We returned to the store three days later, and Shaydee remembered us, taking the time to assist us further. This young lady is a customer service superstar, and from our whānau to yours, thank you Shaydee for all your help!! Farmers is fortunate to have you on their team.
Cheers ERLE for your top-notch customer service, NOT. Please work on being more friendly to customers seeking help. You were abrupt and walked away when I needed assistance. You could've declined politely and continued to assist me since YOU were helping me. Props to the lady who tried to help out, but this store and their "customer service" is a joke, as I've heard from others. Better to steer clear of spending here. Won't be returning, that's for sure. Cheers Erle for showing me this on my first shopping trip here :) I'd rather drive to Porirua Farmers as their staff are much more courteous and accommodating.
