I brought in photos and requested to keep the length at the back and top, but ended up with a cut that was so short, above my ears. I was so frustrated, paid, and left. Won't be returning there. This is the second time she hasn't followed my instructions.
My mother-in-law was met with a response when she asked about getting her hair done that said, "I can't do blonde hair dye, but based on your hair, I won't do it." There was no explanation given for the refusal. It was a distressing experience for her. We are still puzzled as to why they declined to work on a woman of color's hair. I would not recommend, unfriendly and exclusive salon. Proceed with caution.
Just had the most amazing time at Le Belle last week! The new owner and the customer service were outstanding, so warm and I am absolutely thrilled with my haircut. It was the best experience I've had in the country and hands down the most relaxing scalp massage I've ever had! I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend Le Belle!
