My experience today was disappointing. I had booked a color and cut four days ago, excited about the 50% off color offer. When I mentioned this at my appointment, the woman who attended to me (possibly the manager) kept questioning me about the offer and when I booked. It made me feel uneasy, and when I expressed this, she suggested I leave. It was supposed to be a treat but ended up being a letdown.
Today was a lifesaver! I needed a last-minute wash and blow wave, and everywhere was fully booked or closed. I think his name was Michael - apologies if I got that wrong. He managed to fit me in and was an absolute gem. Excellent service and my hair looks fantastic.
I popped in for a quick fringe trim and some face-framing layers. Katie, the stylist, was so welcoming and put me at ease right away. Highly recommend this salon for a great haircut at a good price!
