My experience today was disappointing. I had booked a color and cut four days ago, excited about the 50% off color offer. When I mentioned this at my appointment, the woman who attended to me (possibly the manager) kept questioning me about the offer and when I booked. It made me feel uneasy, and when I expressed this, she suggested I leave. UPDATE 5/5/24: Went in for a rebook and cut package with Shannon at Aotearoa yesterday and I still love the colour we chose at the first appointment - the cut is absolutely perfect! I love that Shannon is getting to know me and my hair so I don’t have to think about what I want she has free reign 🥰 “hair is hair it grows back”.

Unpleasant encounter with the staff. Approached the checkout, greeted the cashier and inquired about his evening. Received no response, just a puzzled stare as if I was speaking a foreign language. The guy continued chatting loudly with another cashier several tills away. He didn't even bother to ask if I needed a receipt for over $100 worth of items. If you're not happy in your job, find another one.
