Never buying from here again. Went to the Waikato store to ask if they had a product recommended by my dermatologist. The person in there got very pushy, telling me that my hair was falling out because of product buildup (I have alopecia, an autoimmune disorder), that what my dermatologist had told me to get was wrong, that it won’t work, etc. After explaining my autoimmune disorder to them, they continued to tell me what I was looking for is wrong and that my dermatologist was wrong. They were very rude, condescending, and disrespectful throughout the whole conversation. Tried to make me buy some expensive product buildup remover. Don’t shop here unless you want to be treated badly.

The previous day dealt with the most reliable worker EMILIA. Outstanding service and completely thoughtful towards questions needing answers. Hilariously funny as always, she sold me a product worth every cent. NIKOLA complimented on products for my Sassy-hair, including ✂️ and different forms of shampoo and conditioner products.
