My spouse who has ALS and is already in a wheelchair took our young daughters to a pamper session that was supposed to last two hours and include hair styling, makeup, and nail care. Unfortunately, they only received one coat of nail polish. No hair styling or makeup was done. The session ended after just 1 hour and 20 minutes at most, leaving all three girls feeling very let down. The cost of the session was covered by Race4life, but we had to pay $110 for transportation as a taxi was our only option. I had the best experience at Benefit Cosmetics Kiwi Plaza yesterday. I had booked in at Kiwi Beauty initially however when I showed up to my appointment and was waiting for the guy at the benefit cosmetics counter to finish up talking with some guys for over 20 mins past my appt time, he then proceeded to run out back and grab his bags to leave the store before telling me they had to cancel my appt due to someone being sick.
