Oh my goodness! Just experienced my first ever Bowen Therapy session and it completely exceeded my expectations! Debz is absolutely delightful and clearly very skilled. Within just 10 minutes, I felt so relaxed as if I had just enjoyed a full night's rest (which I definitely haven't!).
