Oh my goodness! Just experienced my first ever Bowen Therapy session and it completely exceeded my expectations! Debz is absolutely delightful and clearly very skilled. Within just 10 minutes, I felt so relaxed as if I had just enjoyed a full night's rest (which I definitely haven't!).
I've been dealing with a lot of discomfort in my back and pelvis, and it vanished halfway through our session. I am thoroughly impressed and wholeheartedly recommend her services.
