Arrived before my 10.45 am appointment, checked in and told to take a seat. Sat there for nearly half an hour while, what seemed to be, a Staff training session taking place. Disappointed that I wasn't updated on when I would be seen and the audacity of being ignored! I was about to leave and make an appointment with Specsavers when the Audiologist appeared for my consultation. I didn't, as I had fully paid in advance for the consultation. Unfortunately, he bore the brunt of my dissatisfaction of the substandard service. He did his best to placate me explaining they were new Staff trying to come to terms with the systems. Thank you Rangi for your explanation and understanding which was just as distressing for him, as it was for me. Eventually I calmed down and the consultation that followed was totally professional! I would like to stress that blame is not apportioned to the Staff, in any way, as it wasn't their fault! Whoever owns this outfit needs to take ownership for what took place and in the future ensure that the client should always be the priority and receive an enduring experience resulting in repeat business.

Absolutely terrible service. Went for an assessment and my report was never sent to the GP even after repeated follow ups..Completely irresponsible..
