Stacey is highly informative, reassuring, and open to any questions. She is also attentive to the desired outcomes of the customers. I haven't felt pressured to buy products or packages or pushed into things I didn't truly want (which is a departure from some beauty providers!) and she is very realistic about the expected results of different treatments.
