Absolutely incredible range of products and services available, with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff! The pharmacy offers prescription services and expert advice, as well as the convenience of online ordering for either collection or delivery, with the option for same-day delivery if requested before a specific time, possibly 10am. No automated checkouts here, just genuine human interaction and personalized assistance.
Incredible experience on my maiden visit, despite the bustling crowds. Scored some fantastic items like hair mousse and lens cleaners. The customer service was top-notch, with a team of cheerful and helpful staff members always ready with a smile 😊. A big thank you to the team for their wonderful service!
Absolutely appalling customer service experience! Staff members were chatting amongst themselves instead of assisting customers. When I requested help, the response was dismissive, with vague directions leading to a product that wasn't even in stock. Upon returning to the staff member, they simply stated the item was unavailable. The security guard was also rude and aggressive. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed they were not present and faced further argumentation. This is not the first time encountering such poor service in this area; a serious need for improved customer care is evident.
