I am not happy with the service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the service even though I had made an appointment in advance. I went for the second most expensive hairdresser (Vinitha) and regret my decision as my haircut is nowhere near to any of the reference photos I had shown. The more I look at it the more it annoys me. I have a chunk of hair on my left scalp just chopped off like I was trying to get rid of a chewing gum stuck in the hair.
Also, I was asked to pay more than the price mentioned on the website and a $3 charge I don't know for what. Poor Sam didn't seem to know how to wrap gifts the 'Acquisitions way,' and it was clear that neither Sia nor any other manager had properly trained her. Impressed by the variety of stores at North City. Opted to do all my shopping at North City Shopping Centre instead of heading into Wellington City Centre and had a very satisfying experience. Saved a lot of time with everything I needed in close proximity.
