Stacey is highly informative, reassuring, and open to any questions. She is also attentive to the desired outcomes of the customers. I haven't felt pressured to buy products or packages or pushed into things I didn't truly want (which is a departure from some beauty providers!) and she is very realistic about the expected results of different treatments. A very satisfied customer!

The saleswoman spoke very poor Te Reo Māori - extremely hard and frustrating to understand. What should have taken 1 hour took 1 hour 35 minutes. I will NOT be going back there and urge anyone else not to as well. Very poor. (If I could rate it zero stars - I would)
