They fixed a defective charging port a couple of months ago. My screen was fine before the repair, but afterward, yellow patches appeared on 25% of the surface. They proposed to rectify it for $180. Fast forward, my new charging port malfunctioned yesterday, 3 months and 13 days post-repair. The warranty is for 3 months, so I missed it by 13 days. No warranty, yet they offered to repair it for $120. It seems prioritizing profit over customer service is their focus.
