The saleswoman spoke very poor Te Reo Māori - extremely hard and frustrating to understand. What should have taken 1 hour took 1 hour 35 minutes. I will NOT be going back there and urge anyone else not to as well. Very poor. (If I could rate it zero stars - I would)

Even a simple phone case, she went the extra mile by showcasing various options, laying out their strengths and weaknesses with the precision of a surgeon's scalpel. Their professionalism and customer service are truly in a league of their own. I would enthusiastically endorse them to anyone in need.
