Completely disregarded my request and then insisted I had asked for something different. Pricey and lacking professionalism. Kept pushing hair products despite me saying "No Product please" THREE times. Clearly didn't understand me and just did as he pleased!
The barber was quite rough with the customer. To make matters worse, this was the most expensive I've ever paid for a basic clipper cut in the Auckland area. The business name is fitting! I won't be returning.
Just had to share my ongoing positive experience at Silver Shears. The staff are all so welcoming and excellent with children, which is why I keep coming back. I've had two out of the 3/4 individuals there cut my 5-year-old daughter's hair. Both did a great job, but my daughter really likes Emily, I believe that's her name. She's fantastic at what she does and has lovely little conversations with my girl during the haircut. Great work, see you next month for another trim for my little one.
