I paid for alterations on a gown before my seminar. I was informed that I could collect it on Monday, but upon arrival, their shop was shut. No one at the shopping centre could provide an explanation or contact information. They remained closed throughout the weekend without any notice. They currently possess both my gown and my payment.
I went to Style-Clever in Wellington to have my coat jacket dry cleaned. When my jacket was returned, I was truly appalled by the quality of cleaning and pressing. Upon my return to Style-Clever to express my dissatisfaction and inquire about the service, they attempted to redirect me to a third party they engage for dry cleaning services. Unwilling to engage with their subpar third-party dry cleaners again, I requested a refund and stated my intention to seek dry cleaning services elsewhere. No refund was provided, completely disregarding the purported Style-Clever 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. CAUTION: AVOID THIS PLACE
