I bought earrings at Lovisa recently. My ears were fine when I got them, but two days later I had to remove them and found something in my ear from the earring on Monday night. Not happy at all, won't shop there again.
Service was lacking. My partner was in the store while I was on the phone. The staff member paused her call to assist a well-dressed customer but didn't offer help to my partner. Basic manners matter. This happened between 10-11am on 21/06/2018.
