I visited the pick-up point where a team member was on the phone. They did not acknowledge me, but instead went to assist other customers without asking for help. I then went to another counter and received prompt service from a different team member.
There are plenty of products and many skilled staff members at avoiding customers, even when approached at the counter. This has happened multiple times, so I have decided to never return to the store. The staff should understand that good customer service leads to more customers and job security. If you need help choosing an item, don't bother going there because you won't receive it!
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE! We purchased multiple products from there 20 months ago. Recently, our Microwave broke, and I took it in for repair. Over a week later, we have not heard anything! This level of service is completely unacceptable! I will not be making any future purchases there. The staff may be nice, but what's the use??
