The team is awesome. The quality of fresh food can be a bit hit and miss. There have been occasions when I've had to return trays of meat that were spoiled. The staff are helpful in replacing them, but if customers have to drive all the way back because the product isn't up to scratch, some form of compensation should be offered.
Their seafood bar isn't that extensive, but I do enjoy the variety of cakes they offer. The bakery display is quite appealing to me. They don't have a deli serve-over counter, but they do have ample parking space and some vending machines at the entrance 😁...
The store is fairly average, and the quality of fresh produce can be decent. What really frustrates me is how they label prices on the shelves with lots of other items around, making it seem like it's for that specific product when it's not. I try to double-check the prices at the checkout, but there are distractions. Upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that the tray of eggs marked at 14.99 on the shelf actually cost 19.99!! That's a significant price difference. I won't be returning to shop there... I make the effort to go to a PakNSave and end up getting overcharged. It's not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last.
