We absolutely detest visiting this shop. As soon as you step inside, the sales staff pounce on you and even after stating that you're just browsing, they persistently shadow you, barely a step away, at all times. So irritating! We decided to leave and purchased a watch from another store.
Highly impressed with Fiona at Pascoes Porirua, she went above and beyond to assist me, facilitating the exchange of an item I was dissatisfied with.
The discrimination is evident here. Paid a visit to Pascoes jewelers in North city plaza Porirua, on two occasions to purchase gifts. Have been instructed twice during the last couple of visits to remove my hat while allowing other Caucasian customers to keep theirs on.. 0 stars if possible and I'll be sharing a brief video elaborating on this on my social platforms. Have been a customer here for almost 30 years but will not be making any purchases here again....
