Lack of 0/5 stars option is a pity. Revive Massage is a huge waste of time and money. Keep clear if seeking a relaxing, stress-free time. Confirmed appointment in advance, kept in touch, traveled to Porirua for appointment, but... no one there. No explanation or sorry. Tried contacting vendor multiple times with no reply. If you can't follow through, don't run a business.
Would've rated 0 stars if possible. Struggled to book, helped via text. Day of booking, found out it was off, told to rebook online. Didn't log in, informed them. Ignored until appointment day, asked to confirm attendance. Mentioned text, told to rebook. After more texts, assured of rebooking. But they couldn't find me, no contact back. Waste of time and cash.
