My first visit to Bethel's was absolutely amazing. It's been a year since my last haircut due to a busy schedule and the challenge of finding someone who understands how to cut my Pacific hair. I am not happy with the service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the service even though I had made an appointment in advance. I went for the second most expensive hairdresser (Vinitha) and regret my decision as my haircut is nowhere near to any of the reference photos I had shown. The more I look at it the more it annoys me. I have a chunk of hair on my left scalp just chopped off like I was trying to get rid of a chewing gum stuck in the hair.
Also, I was asked to pay more than the price mentioned on the website and a $3 charge I don't know for what. I scheduled an appointment here to get highlights in my hair! Just wanted to say the lady who did it & im so sorry I have forgotten your name, was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the whole way, Only took about 45 mins -1 hour but everything was explained really well & the end result was suburb! I think I will go back here to eventually get the rest of my hair done. The color just looks wonderful though, & the banter here is great, feels like a family when you walk in here. Would highly recommend! WON'T RETURN!!!. I took my son for a haircut, and the woman at the reception told me they would assist us in half an hour. When we came back, they took an hour to attend to us and my son's haircut also took an hour. During my wait, I opted to get my ear pierced. The piercings were not aligning evenly! Upon removing one stud, I saw she had missed the mark. I also got an infection as the place did not meet cleanliness standards :(About
