I paid for alterations on a gown before my seminar. I was informed that I could collect it on Monday, but upon arrival, their shop was shut. No one at the shopping centre could provide an explanation or contact information. They remained closed throughout the weekend without any notice. Just seeing their striking page deterred me from ever thinking about visiting there. As a piercer for years, I'm shocked they're using piercing guns. Also, the prices are a tad high.

I am not happy with the service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the service even though I had made an appointment in advance. I went for the second most expensive hairdresser (Vinitha) and regret my decision as my haircut is nowhere near to any of the reference photos I had shown. The more I look at it the more it annoys me. I have a chunk of hair on my left scalp just chopped off like I was trying to get rid of a chewing gum stuck in the hair.
Also, I was asked to pay more than the price mentioned on the website and a $3 charge I don't know for what. Eventually, we gave up and went to mitre10 where we received prompt service. I scheduled an appointment here to get highlights in my hair! Just wanted to say the lady who did it & im so sorry I have forgotten your name, was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the whole way, Only took about 45 mins -1 hour but everything was explained really well & the end result was suburb! I think I will go back here to eventually get the rest of my hair done. The color just looks wonderful though, & the banter here is great, feels like a family when you walk in here. Would highly recommend! The staff have always been friendly and helpful, even when I'm the clueless guy who doesn't know what he's looking for. Rarely do I leave empty-handed. WON'T RETURN!!!. I took my son for a haircut, and the woman at the reception told me they would assist us in half an hour. When we came back, they took an hour to attend to us and my son's haircut also took an hour. During my wait, I opted to get my ear pierced. The piercings were not aligning evenly! Upon removing one stud, I saw she had missed the mark. I also got an infection as the place did not meet cleanliness standards :(About
