My first time at the salon and preparing for a treatment for the first time. The dedication the team showed in explaining the procedure, its purpose, and the anticipated outcomes was incredible. I was so impressed with my treatment that I've enrolled in a 12-month program. Highly recommend it.
I popped into the Taupo clinic for a Kiwi wax (after 7 weeks). The team were all super friendly and created a relaxing vibe. I always feel jittery about Kiwis but Holly was so soothing and I felt no discomfort. Didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely return.
Absolutely blown away by the most luxurious skin consultation I've ever experienced. Warm reception, impressive technology displaying my true skin condition, incredible feeling about my appearance after my initial needling session. The detailed aftercare and follow-up emails from Sophie truly showed genuine care for me as an individual.
