Excellent service by Olivia, she was incredibly warm and helpful. She assisted me in finding the perfect gift for my partner for Valentine's Day. I am thrilled with my purchase. Thank you Liv!
Personally, I am fond of The Body Shop, but I am thoroughly let down by the staff at this particular store. My partner wanted to purchase a gift for me and so he visited The Body Shop. However, being a male, he felt out of place in a cosmetics store. He mentioned that he was unsure if he could even test the perfumes, so he sought help from the staff. Upon receiving the gift at home, I discovered that he had been sold a tester by the staff. It's disheartening that the staff took advantage of a 'clueless customer' and sold them a tester product. I would consider going back to demand a refund, but since my partner didn't anticipate such an issue (which should never occur), he did not retain the receipt. Very disheartened.
I adore the products from The Body Shop, but I encountered some staff at this store who were quite cold. No greetings, two staff members were engrossed in chatting about their personal lives. I bought a shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, only to realize I had plenty of unused body lotions at home. So, I decided to return the body lotion within an hour while still at the mall. Only one staff member was cooperative throughout the process, while the other one questioned if I had used the body lotion. What kind of question is that?! Seriously! Do you think I went home, showered, used the lotion, and then returned to give it back? The Body Shop, please provide better training for your staff! Your competitor, Lush, excels in this aspect! I will likely avoid shopping there again:(
