My car failed its wof for something they have passed every single time before. Told to get it fixed and come round the back for a quick check. I turn up only to be told 3 different stories and had to wait in the long line again for a 30 sec check! Wouldn't have minded if I had known that instead of wasting time waiting for them to figure things out. 45 minutes of my life I won't get back to check a handbrake that works perfectly but the handle went too far back after the handbrake had engaged.
