I have a huge phobia of the dentist and extremely nervous. I emailed firstly to explain my situation, then Mia gave me a call and we had a chat. I booked in and she made me feel extremely comfortable we took it one step at a time, even down to just taking my time to even get in the chair. I think she has magic powers I don't know how I got that far! It was all on my terms, extremely patient. I felt so at ease I am even going back to have the work done. Everyone is super kind and understanding, definitely the place to go if you are the same.
We've been visiting Mia for many years now in her previous practice, really thrilled she recently opened her own practice in Prebbleton and happy to keep supporting her new place. Everything is brand new and fresh, very modern, top-notch equipment including X Ray room and lab. Small reception and waiting area with a few seats where you enter, you will be greeted with a smile by a very nice and friendly receptionist. Appointments are necessary, but there is some flexibility on times. Dr. Mia is the most gentle and subtle dentist I have known, always prioritizing your comfort and having a magical approach to ensure that patients are at ease. Another dentist is Dr. Taylor. Words cannot truly describe the service they provide, as you will not find a better dentist in this town and probably the entire country.
Taylor is the most personable dentist I have ever met! Taylor provides exceptional dental care and is great at explaining things as she goes. The practice is new, bright, and has a welcoming feel. The staff are friendly and efficient. From routine cleanings to complex procedures, Taylor's expertise and professionalism shine through, making each visit a positive experience.
