Visited Kiwi today as MC nails closed. The person in charge was simply impolite. She was expecting a baby and dressed in stripes. Waited an awfully long time for the nail polish remover and cotton balls. Mentioned her rudeness. Shop was dirty. Nails shaped incorrectly. Won't go back for sure.
Quickest manicure ever (in a negative way). Excessive use of sanders that weaken and damage the actual nail. The lady kept tapping my hand forcefully and rudely to switch them. I'm not clueless, I know when to put my hand under the light after the nail polish is applied. Disliked being tapped during what should be a relaxing service. Language barrier required another person to translate when I asked her to shape the nail she missed. My sister then had her eyebrows waxed, and it took four different people to understand her request. Ended up with half her face covered in oil, and most of the waxed eyebrow hairs stuck to the oil on her face. Wasn't my top choice, and won't be making a comeback.
Exceptional service! The staff truly uphold the standard of their work, and it's evident! Will definitely be a loyal customer. One of the finest Nail salons I've ever visited. Keep it up team.
