I had a gift voucher to use before it expired, or else I would have walked out. Firstly, they have you sign a waiver before any service, absolving them of any liability. I've had waxing done at multiple salons in Aotearoa, across the ditch, and abroad, and never have I been asked to sign a form detailing all possible risks, including severe tissue damage, with a disclaimer of responsibility.
The reception area is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff are friendly. Booking is a breeze, with convenient SMS reminders.
I've had my lips inked twice in the land of the long white cloud but today I got my lips tattooed by Bex. Her technique is top-notch, her care is flawless and her enthusiasm for the clients' results is invigorating. The post-treatment care package is on point, I've never had such a thoughtful gesture after a procedure. She is dedicated to her craft, her business, and her clients, setting her apart from the rest. I've tried various treatments at Bex's Studio and I can't fault anything or anyone there. I might regret sharing this review as it could make it tougher to snag an appointment now 😂. I wholeheartedly endorse Bex's Studio for all your beauty needs, you won't be disappointed.
