We placed an order for a spa and paid in early Feb. It's been almost three months. The pergola has been delivered promptly and is ready for installation. Jason, the owner, has been helpful in arranging earthworks and block wall building, but we haven't received any updates despite multiple attempts. Very frustrating.
Jase and Gary have been fantastic in assisting us with setting up our new spa and balancing the water. Dealing with tank water presented challenges, but both Jase and Gary provided excellent support and advice. This is our second Hot Spring Spa purchase, and the service we've received this time is exceptional. The willingness of these guys to travel from Pukekohe to Te Kauwhata in the "country" to help us is commendable. This level of service ensures we'll continue to rely on them for our spa needs and recommend them to others. Thanks, guys! 😁
I went to buy a spa vac. After purchase, the person at the counter advised me to check the box for a power cable. Sometimes, their technicians remove items for use, essentially selling used goods. The power cable was missing, and the assistant couldn't locate it in the shop. I requested a refund. The assistant was unsure how to process refunds, so the boss instructed to provide my bank details for a transfer. After a week of follow-ups, I still hadn't received the refund. Every time I called, the assistant claimed he couldn't reach the boss. Only when I threatened to report them to the trade commission did the boss coincidentally process the refund. I did get a refund, but not the full amount. Pursuing the remaining $5 isn't worth my time, but it's a matter of principle for them to refund it. If they see this, I'd like them to donate that last amount to kidscan children's charity. Although they may claim they will, I don't trust that they will.
