The massage therapist working today, seemed to be using only 2 fingers to poke and prod at various areas rather than providing a proper massage. He ignored my requests to lighten the pressure and failed to notice my discomfort when I winced in pain. This was the first time during a massage that I contemplated ending it before the 20 minutes were up. I had countless laser and IPL treatments performed at various clinics across Auckland in recent years, but L&O has provided the best result for treating my pigmentation. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. Their level of service is outstanding. I highly recommend L&O to those who are seeking result-oriented outcome.
