The two charming men that served me just before were so fantastic and supportive, I should’ve gotten their names but I appreciate their service nonetheless.
My partner and I chose a beautiful engagement ring from the team at Pukekohe Stonz and they couldn't have been more helpful. My farmer girlfriend is not the most comfortable in a jewellery store but the gentlemen really helped put her at ease and dare I say it even enjoy the experience! When my partner went back to buy the ring behind my back the gentlemen were so stoked for her and they sent her off with the perfect ring and a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The service we received was perfect and really helped enhance the whole experience of getting engaged :) Thank you so much to the charming team at Pukekohe Stonz :)
AWESOME customer service :) I always leave the shop feeling very cheerful whether I bought something or not. The boxing day was a steal! I called in and Krystal was very helpful. I was able to buy my necklace I have wanted for a while. Krystal was incredibly accommodating. Great atmosphere and the staff there are so helpful!
