I visited there today and met staff Charlie to assist me with my scans PDF and photos print. They have great patience and a very kind nature. Absolutely great staff member.
Customer service is shocking! I inquired with the staff if they sell blackboards and was immediately told no. Later, upon checking online, I found out they do sell blackboards. I returned after 30 minutes and mentioned this, then only was I directed to the blackboards. This isn't the first time, and it's the same staff member each time.
Drop by Warehouse Stationery Pukekohe and ask for Liam for assistance. Liam embodies a generation that's been told they're super-special by parents, so they believe they're too special for a retail job. Liam thinks highly of himself, to the point of being rudely dismissive to customers and smirking while being reported to the supervisor. Well done, Liam. Bravo.
