To get to The Cosmetic Clinic Queenstown at Five Mile Shopping Centre, 20 Grant Road, Frankton, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 2 from Queenstown Central to Frankton, then transfer to bus number 1 towards Arrowtown and get off at the Five Mile Shopping Centre stop. If driving, head south on Stanley Street, turn right onto Shotover Street, continue onto Frankton Road, then turn left onto Grant Road to reach the clinic.

Many times I visited to make a purchase, but there's no one manning the tills, or no one assisting with your buy. Witnessed several patrons exiting after waiting behind vacant tills. Just last week, I aimed to acquire a 3400 dollars laptop via cash and Afterpay, yet the employees were clueless about processing payment, only the manager - who was naturally occupied. Unprepared staff, lacking in management, with employees texting while clients wait to be served. Eventually resorted to online shopping instead of supporting a local store.
