Jenny and their colleague are exceptional massage therapists! My partner and I experienced the couples massage and they took the time to explain the treatments in detail. We felt like we were in very capable and caring hands. The double treatment suite is beautiful and very comfortable. It was really thoughtful that they offered us tea and a delicious little chocolate after the session. We would recommend Moss Spa to anyone! Especially those needing some relief after an intense hike or wanting to indulge in some self-care. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. Thank you!!

I sought out Suellen for a deep tissue/trigger point massage to address my persistent neck and shoulder pain. In just a short session, she was able to significantly reduce my discomfort and offered valuable insights into the causes of such pain, as well as stretching dos and don'ts. The ambiance of the room added to the relaxing experience. I plan to return for a longer session soon. Thank you.

Definitely a memorable experience.. Checked off the bucket list! Kate is incredibly helpful in addressing all my questions, prompt and thorough in her responses. I was hesitant to make a reservation due to the initial rainy weather forecast.. Then a few days before confirmation, it was cloudy with occasional showers so I took the leap. And today, we were blessed with beautiful sunny weather. Wonderful! Directions will only be shared upon securing bookings and confirming payment. Provided with towels, water, glassware, a bluetooth music player, umbrella hats. Good 4G signal for real-time photo uploads. Thank you Kate for the wonderful experience, this place is stunning, serene, and rejuvenating. Highly recommended when you are in Auckland!
