It was great to see such a professional women's traditional yet modern grooming establishment. The style of the decor is fantastic. With a bar/coffee shop built into the waiting lounge, books to read and lots to take in. The staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. Jade my barber to me through a maze of rooms, up a spiral staircase to another amazing room for my haircut and style. At $50 it was worth every penny, I only wish I had taken some cash for a tip. To book an appointment I simply went to the website, went through the menu and paid. Securing my cut and style for the next day. Very cool and a breeze to use. Even placing the event into my phones calendar. I shall return from now on and would recommend these gals 100% Thanks, Rayn. Edit. I just booked my second visit but due to unforseen circumstances I arrived late with 10 min left on my appointment. I was told I would have to pay another $50 and wait an hour or more. I mean waiting is not a problem and I'm not fussy who cuts my hair but making me pay an additional $50 is not very Lady like. So to sum up your customer service sucks and that is number one in my books. What a shame. Rayn
Made an appointment with Gents Barber while on holiday to get my hair sorted out. I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service I received! Jamie exceeded my expectations. She was skilled, attentive, and took the time to understand my preferences. The cut was precise, and the finish was fantastic. Highly recommend this place.
Got an amazing skin fade from Nicole! Professional, friendly and great at her job. Pricing is very competitive and cheaper than most barbers in Auckland if you're on a membership option. Great to have a local top quality barber shop!
