Reasonable prices found in some items. The biggest issue in this shop is the customer service. Many times I visited to make a purchase, but there's no one manning the tills, or no one assisting with your buy. Witnessed several patrons exiting after waiting behind vacant tills. Just last week, I aimed to acquire a 3400 dollars laptop via cash and Afterpay, yet the employees were clueless about processing payment, only the manager - who was naturally occupied. Unprepared staff, lacking in management, with employees texting while clients wait to be served. Eventually resorted to online shopping instead of supporting a local store. Presumedly due to limited electronics purchasing options in DN.
