Returning to my yoga routine at Sangha has been wonderful. Helen and her team extended a warm welcome to me. The hot room was at the perfect temperature for a good sweat without feeling overwhelmed. The instructors guided the practice exceptionally well, making it easy to follow. I cannot speak highly enough of Sangha Studio!
Like many, I experience phases of inconsistency in attending classes. When I am consistent, I feel great and overall in a better state. However, during busy times, I tend to slack off (ironically when I need classes the most). These 'specials' play a crucial role in motivating me (and possibly others) to get back on track. I truly value the efforts you put into encouraging us gently when we fall behind or go missing for a while! Also, adapting to modern trends is commendable. While I loved the 26-2, I wasn't a fan of Bikram in the past. I used to tell people it didn't feel like 'yoga' to me. Trying aerial yoga for free was a pleasant surprise; it was so enjoyable and the poses felt amazing. I wouldn't have experienced it without the complimentary class. I thoroughly enjoyed Helen's 1 hour Hot Express session. Being new to this class, her instructions were precise and easy to follow. Upon entering her studio, she greeted me warmly and was very approachable. I would definitely recommend this class to individuals who appreciate Hot Yoga and are either beginners or short on time!
