Always a delight to visit the Warehouse in 5 mile and receive assistance from the always cheerful and helpful Guardian. What a remarkable individual and a valuable addition to the company. A special mention to Frankie from customer service who always wears a smile and is an absolute joy to interact with xox Best array of clothing and toys, not to mention the pet section with reasonably priced cat food and accessories.

There's an individual here who provides exceptional customer service! I rang on Sunday to inquire about stock availability, called multiple times with no answer - only to receive a callback 10 minutes later from this person offering assistance and delivering the most delightful service. I phoned today to check on my click and collect order and encountered the same individual with the same outstanding service! It may not seem like much, but good customer service and genuine friendliness and interest are rare nowadays. I hope you see this, thank you for being an amazing person!
